Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all services at Stockholm Robot Club Space and Master Robot Lab — coworking memberships, club memberships, workshops, events, conference room bookings, the master programme and access to robots and AI workstations. By purchasing or using a service you accept these terms.
1. Parties
The agreement is between you (the member, ticket buyer or visitor) and Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB, which operates the space.
2. Memberships and coworking
Memberships (Robot Club, Master, Incubator) are personal and may not be transferred. Access hours follow your selected plan. Cancellation is by the last business day of the current month with one month's notice. We reserve the right to suspend a member who breaks house rules or safety policy.
3. Workshops and events
Tickets are personal. Cancellation more than 14 days before an event is fully refunded; 7–14 days, 50%; less than 7 days, no refund but the ticket may be transferred. If we cancel an event due to insufficient signups, you receive a full refund.
4. Conference room
Bookings are by the hour. Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance is fully refunded. Later cancellation or no-show is charged in full. Extensions on site are subject to availability.
5. Master Robot Lab and master programme
Access to the Master Robot Lab requires a completed safety induction. Operating humanoid, quadruped and collaborative robots is done per staff instructions and with PPE where required. Damage caused by intent or gross negligence is charged to the user.
6. AI workstations
AI workstations (RTX 4090 etc.) are for work tied to the member's own projects or workshops. Illegal use, crypto mining, and any use that breaches third-party terms is prohibited. Short maintenance windows may occur.
7. Safety and liability
Always follow safety instructions, floor markings and staff guidance when robots are active. Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB is not liable for personal belongings in the space. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. House rules
Use the space without disturbing other members or their work. Intoxication, threats, harassment and discrimination are prohibited and lead to immediate suspension without refund.
9. Imagery, video and IP
We may document events for marketing; you can opt out. You own what you create. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use brief excerpts in marketing of the space.
10. Payment, VAT and late payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is via Stripe. Unpaid services may be paused. Late-fee reminders and statutory interest apply per Swedish law.
11. Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-space notice. On material changes you may terminate your membership immediately and receive a refund of any unused period.
12. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are first to be resolved by dialogue and otherwise in the Stockholm District Court.
